Judson LLC offers a variety of convenient payment options to make your project as easy as possible. We accept the following forms of payment:

• Major Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are all accepted for your convenience. Please note that processing fees may apply to credit card payments.
• Checks: Personal and business checks are welcome. Please make checks payable to Judson LLC.
• Electronic Transfers: We can also arrange for electronic bank transfers for larger projects. Please contact us to discuss this option and obtain our bank details.
• BTC: We accept bitcoin with no fees.

For projects with phased payments, we will outline the payment schedule in your contract, typically with an initial deposit, progress payments tied to project milestones, and a final payment upon completion and your satisfaction. We do not currently offer in-house financing, but we can provide information on third-party financing options if needed.

Regarding payment schedules, typically we require a deposit of 50% to commence work, followed by weekly draws based on phases of work. The final 5-10% of remaining balance is due upon final completion of project.

• Discuss your project in detail: We will take the time to understand your vision, needs, and specific requirements for your construction project.
• On-site evaluation (if necessary): For remodeling, add-ons, and other projects requiring a detailed understanding of the existing structure, we will schedule an on-site visit to assess the scope of work.
• Provide a detailed estimate: Our estimates are comprehensive and will outline the projected costs for labor, materials, and any other anticipated expenses. We strive for accuracy and transparency in our estimates.

We typically deliver the estimate within 5 business days for remodels and renovations. Estimates for new builds and add-ons can take longer depending on the project but no longer than 21 calendar days. All estimates are locked in for 30 days from the date of delivery. Our workmanship is guaranteed for 1 year.

Our estimates are broken down into line items for the convenience of the customer.

While Judson LLC does not currently hold specific eco-friendly accreditations, we are committed to incorporating sustainable building practices into our projects whenever possible and when requested by our clients.

This commitment includes:

• Using sustainable materials: We can source and utilize eco-friendly materials such as recycled content products, sustainably harvested lumber, low-VOC paints and finishes, and energy-efficient insulation upon request and depending on availability for your project.
• Energy-efficient design and construction: We can advise on and implement energy-efficient solutions in your project, such as energy-efficient windows, doors, and HVAC systems.
• Waste reduction and recycling: We strive to minimize construction waste and recycle materials whenever feasible during the demolition and construction phases.

If you have specific requirements or preferences for eco-friendly materials or practices for your project, please discuss them with us during the estimate phase, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Currently, Judson LLC does not offer a standard senior discount or other broadly advertised discounts. However, we are always looking for ways to provide the best possible value to our clients.

From time to time, we may also offer promotions or special offers, so please inquire if any are currently available.

Judson LLC currently focuses on planned remodeling, renovation, and construction projects and does not provide emergency services for urgent repairs or disaster response.

Typically, our warranties cover:

• Workmanship: We guarantee our labor and installation services for a period of 1 year/years from the date of project completion. This warranty covers defects in workmanship.
• Materials: Manufacturer warranties apply to many of the materials we use, such as roofing shingles, windows, and appliances. We will provide you with information on specific material warranties applicable to your project.

Judson LLC offers the following services: Residential & Commercial Remodeling, Home Add-Ons, Outdoor Kitchens, Exterior & Interior Painting, Floor Installation, HVAC/Plumbing/Electrical, Roof Repair/Installation, Window Replacement

While Judson LLC offers a broad spectrum of construction services, we currently do not provide swimming pool construction or maintenance services. This includes in-ground and above-ground pool installations, pool repairs, regular cleaning, and chemical maintenance.

In addition to swimming pool services, we also do not offer:

• Landscaping Services (beyond immediate project needs): While we address basic site cleanup and restoration related to our construction projects, we do not offer comprehensive landscaping design or ongoing lawn maintenance services.
• Asbestos Abatement or Mold Remediation: We are not certified for asbestos abatement or mold remediation. If these issues are identified during a project, we will recommend qualified specialist contractors.
